How does SiteProbe.ai handle your information?
Short answer
This website does not use cookies or analytics. When you run the free audit, we store the website you checked, its results and any contact details you choose to give, so we can follow up on your results.
What does this website collect?
Nothing. It is a static website with no tracking scripts, no advertising pixels and no database. Fonts are served from this website, not from a third party. Like any website, our hosting provider may keep standard technical server logs.
What happens when I use the contact form?
The form does not send anything by itself. It opens your own email app with your details filled in, and you decide whether to send it. If you do, we use those details to reply to your enquiry.
What about the free AI visibility check?
The free check runs on the SiteProbe Audit Engine, which is hosted separately from this website. It reads only the public pages of the website you enter and makes no changes to it.
What does the Audit Engine store?
Each audit is saved so we can follow up on the results. We store the business name and website you entered, the details our audit detects from that website (such as business type and location), the audit scores and main findings, the time of the audit, and how you reached the page (for example a campaign link or referring website). We also record your approximate country and city as reported by our hosting provider, a one-way hash of your IP address for abuse prevention, and your browser type.
The summary of your results is free. To get the detailed audit report, we ask for your name and work email, and optionally a phone or WhatsApp number. We store these with your audit, along with whether you ticked the box allowing SiteProbe to contact you about your results.
How is it used and who can see it?
We use it only to follow up on your audit and offer help with the issues it found. We contact you directly only if you ticked the consent box. We do not sell or share it. It is stored privately with our hosting provider, Vercel, and only SiteProbe can access it.
Can I have my audit record deleted?
Yes. Email hello@siteprobe.ai with the website you audited and we will delete the record and any contact details.
